| B&B Tool and Die Company, Inc. uses the latest technology in design and engineering. Designing is completed in 3D solids using UniGraphics or Catia software. Cadkey and AutoCad software platforms are also available. Through our Ethernet, High Speed tool paths are written in the engineering department and sent to our Makino high speed machining centers. This technology gives B&B Tool a powerful springboard into the manufacturing process. This is a vital component of services provided to our customers, but it is only the beginning. Our specially trained people are well educated in the latest technology, extremely helpful and sensitive to your specific manufacturing needs. We commonly design molds and dies with multiple cavities, multiple slides, hot manifold systems, exotic metals or others as requested by customers. |
