Advanced quality control procedures at B&B Tool means that we validate your mold and the part that it produces, to be correct in fit, form and function.

This final full-service capability eliminates the need for time-consuming back and forth checking between our plant and yours. When your mold leaves our shop, it is ready for production.

B&B Tool provides in-house part inspection services for outside vendors on a contract basis. Through the use of PC-DMIS sofware, we have the ability to inspect customer supplied part databases, with complex contoured surfaces or we can use your blueprints to inspect with. We provide a full service inspection that includes capabilities studies, gage R&R's and 100% part inspection.
